Al Attles was with the Warriors for 33 seasons, as a player for 11 years, a head coach for 14, a general manager for 3, and as the team's vice president and consultant since 1986. He played 774 games at guard for the Warriors and during that time was nicknamed "The Destroyer." As a coach he became one of only 12 in NBA history to coach more than 1,000 games. In 1975, he coached the Warriors to the NBA championship. On the left front tail of this jersey is the "Wilson" manufacturer's size "44" wash tag with "+3" written on the tag in blue pen. Next to this tag is a strip tag with "16-44-71" embroidered. On the front of the jersey is the team name "Golden State" with the state of California logo and the player number "16." On the back of the jersey is the player number "16." The letters and numbers are done in felt, which is heat sealed onto the jersey. On the back above the player number is the player name "ATTLES" done in blue tackle twill. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
