Circa 1938 "Exploding Cherry" five cent slot machine from the Mills Novelty Co., measures 27" tall on a 15" x 16" base. Made of wood with an aluminum cast front panel, the "Exploding Cherry" derives its name from the additional jackpot paid. This variation is known as the "Brown Front Bell," the only difference with the "Cherry" being a brown background with orange center on the front. Works perfectly and is in EXMT condition with a newer back and lock. This item will be expensive to ship.
