This ring is a prototype and practically identical to the one presented to Isaiah Thomas after winning the 1989-1990 NBA Championship with the Detroit Pistons. On the top perimeter of this size 9-1/2 ring is "Detroit Pistons, 89 90 World Champions" in relief over a gold background. On the inner side of the top perimeter are 20 inlaid synthetic diamond chips. On the top center is a brilliant cut synthetic diamond set in a gold square over a red ruby colored stone. On the right shank is the player name "Thomas" in relief over a red and blue enameled "NBA" logo with "DET" and "PORT" in banner engraving on either side. Beneath the banners are "4" and "1" in relief, with "11" in relief beneath the logo. On the left shank is "Back To Back" in relief over two basketballs in relief, beneath which is a red and blue enameled "Pistons" logo. Beneath this is "59-23" in relief. Inside the ring is engraved "8SC05265" and "LGB10K." Ring is NRMT-MINT with minimal wear. Very rare.
