The 1976 Raiders defeated the Vikings 32-14 in Super Bowl XI (January 9, 1977) in the Rose Bowl to capture their first Lombardi trophy. This size 12 Oakland Raiders Super Bowl XI Championship ring is cast in 14K white gold. On the top and bottom of the ring face is "Los Angeles Raiders" and "World Champions" in relief on a black background. On the left and right ring face are 5 round diamonds each, for a total of 10. Centered on the top of the ring is a white gold football on a black stone into which 16 round diamonds are set with a large brilliant cut diamond in the center. The football is a bit slack. On the left shank is "Super Bowl XI" in relief over a black background. Beneath this are two engraved banners that read "Raiders 32" and "Vikings 14," between which is a rendition of the Lombardi Trophy. Beneath this is "AFC Champions, Raiders 24 Steelers 7" in relief, and beneath this is a rendition of the AFC logo within a number "1" in relief, signifying the Raiders first Championship. Beneath this is an engraved banner that reads "Pride," with "1976" in relief directly below. On the right shank is the recipient's name "Anderson" and position "Trainer" in relief over a black background. Beneath this a rendition of the Raiders logo surrounded by laurel leaves in relief. Beneath this an engraved banner that reads "Poise," with "1976" in relief directly below. On the inside of the ring is stamped "14K." Ring shows light wear and is in overall EXMT-NRMT condition.
