On the left front tail is the "Gerry Cosby" manufacturer's tag with adjacent jersey size tag "42." The "Cosby" tag is only attached to the jersey on its right side stitching. Across the front of the jersey is the team city "NEW YORK" done in orange on blue tackle twill. On the front and back of the jersey is the player number "16" also done in orange and blue tackle twill. The player name "KOMIVES" appears on the back done in blue tackle twill. Shows game-use with dirt and sweat stains on the front and sweat stains on the inner rear collar. Comes with an LOA from Red Holzman's former secretary.
