On the front tail of the jersey is the "CHAMPION" exclusive tag, which reads "Designed & Tailored 95/96 Exclusively for Houston Rockets BODY LENGTH +3." Next to that tag is the
"CHAMPION" size 50 manufacturer's wash tag. Across the front of the jersey is "ROCKETS" in white/silver on red tackle twill. Above that and on the back is the player number "34" in white/silver on red tackle twill. Across the back is "OLAJUWON" in white on red tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
