On the inside back collar of the jersey is the manufacturer's tag with "03-50" on it. On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number "52" in purple on gold on black triple tackle twill. Across the back is "R.LEWIS" in purple tackle twill on a white name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" embroidered logo. "RAVENS" is embroidered below that. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo and below that is the "RAVENS" crest patch. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The bottom of the jersey has been custom hemmed with elastic. The neck of this jersey has been customized for Ray Lewis. Jersey has many team repairs and hit marks. The jersey shows game-use and besides the customization appears to have no alterations of any kind.
