On the front left tail of the jersey is the "Russell" size 48 manufacturer's tag. Attached below is the "100% NYLON" flag tag and "6" EXTRA LENGTH" flag tag. On the front and back of the jersey is the player number "36" in blue vinyl. Across the back of the jersey is "BETTIS" in blue vinyl on a yellow name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL" embroidered logo. On the front left breast is the NFL "75th" anniversary patch worn on all jerseys in the 1994 season.
On the right sleeve is the Russell "R" logo. The jersey has custom elastic sleeves. The jersey shows game use with team repairs and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
