On the front left tail is the "Reebok" manufacturer's tag. Inside the back collar is another manufacturer's tag with "05-44" on it. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. Below that is the embroidered official "PATRIOTS" name. The player number "2" appears on the front, back, and sleeves in navy blue on white on red triple tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "FLUTIE" on a grey name plate in navy blue tackle twill. Below the player number on each sleeve is the embroidered "Reebok" logo patch and
"PATRIOTS" team patch. The jersey has grey spandex sides and custom open sleeves. The jersey shows light use and there appears to be no alterations of any kind.
