On the left front inside tail is the "PUMA" manufacturers tag. Attached to this tag are two flag tags, size "52" and "4" L.B." On the inside back collar is an additional manufacturers tag with "99-52" on it. On the bottom front collar is the official "NFL" embroidered logo patch. Below that is the official "Titans" embroidered team name. On the front and back of the jersey is the player number "27" in white on light blue tackle twill. On each shoulder is the player number "27" in navy on white tackle twill. Across the back is "GEORGE" in white tackle twill on a navy name plate . On each sleeve is the official "TITANS" embroidered logo patch. Above that on each sleeve is the "PUMA" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game use and there appears to be no alterations of any kind.
