Tell a champion he can’t do something and you'll fuel his ambition. From 1999 onward there was always someone who suggested they had figured out a way to crack Armstrong’s formula for success. They came, they tried and they failed. Lance was told he’d never ride a bike again. If he was lucky, he’d live. Since that diagnosis, he’s not only survived, but thrived. At the 92nd Tour de France, Lance won his seventh and final tour by 4 minutes & 40 seconds. This "Discovery Channel" jacket was worn during both a stage in the race and on the podium following a stage victory. It is complete with "Discovery Channel" logos on the sleeves, collar, across the front and back and along both sides. This "Nike" manufactured jacket has a size "M-3-48" flag tag in the collar with material information. Jacket is peppered with other sponsors including "Trek", "24 Hour Fitness", "Berry Floor", "Bissell", "Thomas Weisel Partners", "AMD" and "Subaru". There are three pouches in the back for Armstrong to put a water bottle, etc. The end of the left sleeve is yellow in honor of Armstong's "Live Strong" cancer charity. Comes with photo matches of Lance Armstrong wearing the jersey while racing and enjoying a victory on stage during the 2005 Tour de France.
