Hammerin" Hank Aaron hit 755 lifetime home runs, passing the immortal Babe Ruth for first place all time. In addition, the Hall of Famer holds the lifetime marks for runs batted in, extra base hits and total bases. This bat has "1969 WORLD SERIES ATLANTA BRAVES" stamped into the front barrel. This bat was made for Aaron to be used in the Series but as fate would have it, those "Amazin Mets" of 1969 went to the World Series to represent the National League, not Aaron's Braves. This bat was likely used during the 1970 season. Manuf: H & B, Model: A99, Length: 35 in, Weight: 31.8 oz, Wood: Ash, Condition: Cracked at the handle and has been repaired. Hit marks surround the entire barrel. The model number is stamped into the knob end. Black bat rack streaks appear on the back barrel. Accompanied by a LOA from PSA/DNA.
