This 1985-1986 NBA Rookie of the Year was the NY Knicks starting center for over a decade in the 1980s and 1990s. A member of the 1992 Olympics "Dream Team" and an 11-time NBA All-Star, the Georgetown graduate was one of the first college players to start and star on the varsity team as a freshman. On the left front tail of this road knit jersey is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "46" on it. Above that is an additional manufacturer's exclusive tag that reads "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the New York Knicks." Next to that is an additional manufacturer's strip tag with "6" L.B." on it. On the inside back collar of the jersey is the "Cosby" distributors tag. Across the front of the jersey is "NEW YORK" in orange on blue tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "33" in orange on blue tackle twill. Across the back is "EWING" in blue tackle twill. On the inside back waistband of the shorts is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "36" on it. Next to that is an additional manufacturer's strip tag with "2" H.R." and "1" L.I." on it. On the left leg of the shorts the "NY" team logo and on the right leg of the shorts is the player number "33." These are both done in orange on blue tackle twill. The jersey and shorts show good game-use and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
