"The Magic Johnson All-Stars" are a barnstorming team created and founded by HOFer Magic Johnson for charity, featuring several NBA veterans. On the center front tail of the jersey is the "Tiernan" manufacturers tag. Across the front of the jersey is "MAGIC JOHNSON UNCF AL STARS" in white screen print. Between that on front and on the back is the player number "32" in white screen print. Across the back of the jersey is "O'NEAL" in the same screen print. On the back waistband of the shorts is the "Tiernan" manufacturers tag. The jersey and shorts show game-use and there appears to be no alterations of any kind.
