In the back collar of this zippered style jersey is the "Wilson" manufacturer's size "42" tag with wash instructions. On the front left tail is a "74" embroidered strip tag. Across the front of the jersey is "ASTROS" in orange, navy blue, and white chenille. On the back of the jersey is the player number "12" and the player name "RADER" in orange on navy blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the "Astros" team logo patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to be no alterations of any kind.
