In the back collar of the jersey is the "Victory Custom Athletic" manufacturer's tag with size "48" flag tag attached. Across the front of the jersey is "HOUSTON" in gold and navy on white tackle twill. On the back is the player number "5". Across the back of the jersey is "BAGWELL" sewn on a grey name plate. This lettering and numbering is done in navy on white on gold tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the "35 Great Years" patch. The jersey has extensive laundry damage from bleaching. The jersey shows game-use and besides the extensive laundry damage appears to have no alterations of any kind.
