On the left front tail is the "Wilson" manufacturers tag with jersey size "48." Below that is a tag with "74 Set 1 48" indicating jersey year, set and size, respectively. On the right breast and on the back is the player number "19." On the left breast is the Phillies logo "P." On the back collar is a name patch reading "Luzinski" sewn in. Across the back is the player name "LUZINSKI" on a blue nameplate. All lettering and numbering is done in burgundy on white tackle twill.
The name plate on back has been changed. There is an autograph on the left breast done in blue marker rating a 9. The jersey shows incredible game-use and besides the name plate change appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
