On the left front tail is the "Majestic" manufacturers tag. Attached below is the size "54" flag tag. Inside the left seam of the vest is the "0062" wash code tag. Across the front is "Phillies" in red and blue chenille on white tackle twill. On the back and left sleeve is the player number "6" in red on white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "HOWARD" sewn directly on the jersey in red on white tackle twill. On the back of the collar is the official MLB logo patch. On the left sleeve is the "Majestic" embroidered logo. The jersey is signed on the back number in black marker and rates a 9. The jerseys shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
