On the right front tail is the "Rawlings" manufacturer's tag with size "40." Inside the back collar is a strip tag reading "40 75 17" indicating player's size, year and number, respectively. Player number "17" appears on the front and back done in blue on orange tackle twill. "Mets" is done in script across the chest in blue on orange tackle twill. On the left sleeve is a black armband in worn in honor of the Mets' first owner, Joan Payson, and first manager, Casey Stengel. On the right sleeve is the "NATIONAL LEAGUE CENTENIAL" patch. There is an autograph on the front of the jersey done in blue marker rating a 7-8. The jersey was worn in two consecutive years, 1975-1976. It shows good game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
