On the right front tail is the "Rawlings" manufacturer's tag with jersey size "42" and wash instructions. Attached is a flag tag, "SET 2 1978." Across the front is the official "Cardinals on a bat" logo and "Cardinals" in script embroidered in red, navy and gold. On the front right chest and on back is the player number "23" in red on navy blue tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "SIMMONS" sewn directly on the jersey in the same tackle twill. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
