On the front left tail is the "Majestic" manufacturers tag with a series of flag tags attached reading size "48" and another tag that reads "2006" (heavily faded). Inside the left seam of the jersey is a wash tag with code "0062" on it. On the left breast of the jersey is the "NY" logo in navy blue tackle twill. On the back is the player number "18" in navy blue tackle twill. On the back outside collar is the embroidered official "MLB" logo (heavily faded).
