With a selective approach at the plate, Alex Rodriguez has shown exceptional skill hitting either left or right-handed pitching. Winner of three consecutive AL home run titles, "A Rod" has won two Gold Glove Awards and was named the 2003 AL MVP. In his rookie season of 2004 in which he appeared in 17 games, Rodriguez was the youngest player in the Major Leagues that year. On the left front tail is the "Russell" manufacturers tag with wash instructions and the jersey size "46" on it. Below that is an additional manufacturers tag with "1994" on it. Attached to the "Russell" tag are two additional manufacturers tags with "100% POLYESTER" and "Body Taper" on them. Across the front of the jersey is "MARINERS" in silver on black and white tackle twill. Across the back is "RODRIGUEZ" in silver on black tackle twill on a green name plate. Below that is the player number "3" in silver on black tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the official "Seattle Mariners" embroidered logo patch. On the right sleeve is the official "MLB 125th Anniversary" embroidered logo patch. Below that is the "Russell" embroidered logo. There is an autograph with "1994 GAME USED" added in black and silver marker rating a 9 on the back of the jersey to the left of the player number. The jersey shows good game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
