On the left front inside tail is the "Rawlings" manufacturers tag. Attached below is the size "46" and "SET 1 2001" flag tags. On the left front chest and on back is the player number "3." Across the back is the player name "CHAVEZ" on a green name plate. On the back of the collar is the official MLB logo patch. Across the front is "Athletics" in yellow on white tackle twill. The lettering on this jerseys is done in yellow on white tackle twill. There is velcro on the front of each jersey between the second and third buttons. On the left sleeve is the "Rawlings" embroidered logo with the "Elephant with Sunglasses" team logo patch above. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
