On the left front tail is the "Russell" manufacturers size 48 wash instructions tag. Attached below is the "100% Polyester" flag tag. In the inside back collar is a manufacturer's strip tag with "92-1" on it. There are three pieces of velcro on the front of the jersey between the buttons. Across the front is "Minnesota" in red on navy tackle twill. Below this on front and on back is the player number "34" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "PUCKETT" on a grey nameplate in navy tackle twill. On the right sleeve is the "Russell" embroidered logo. On the left sleeve is the "Minnesota Twins" team patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
