On the left front tail is the "Russell" manufacturers size 50 wash instructions tag. Attached is the "100% Polyester" flag tag. In the inside back collar is a manufacturer's strip tag with "34-96-4" on it. There are three pieces of velcro on the front of the jersey between the buttons. Across the front is "Minnesota" in red on navy tackle twill. Below this on front and on back is the player number "34" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "PUCKETT" on a grey nameplate in navy tackle twill. On the right sleeve is the "Russell" embroidered logo. On the left sleeve is the "Minnesota Twins" team patch. The jersey is autographed on front in black marker with "To Brandon, All the Best to a Good Guy! Your Buddy" added and rates a 9. The jersey is game-issued and appears to have no alterations of any kind. 1995 was Puckett's last year. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
