On the left front tail of the Jhonny Peralta jersey is the "Russell" manufacturers tag. Attached below is the size "48 100% Polyester" flag tag. Across the back is the player name "PERALTA" on a navy nameplate and below that is the player number "60" all done in red on navy on silver triple tackle twill. On the left front tail of the Cliff Lee jersey is the "Russell" manufacturers tag. Attached below is the size "52 100% Polyester" and "+2" Sleeve Length" flag tags. Across the back is the player name "LEE" on a navy nameplate and below that is the player number "34" all done in red on navy on silver triple tackle twill. On the right sleeve of each jersey are two patches for the death of former players Larry Doby ("14 DOBY") and Mel Harder ("18"). The jerseys show game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. A LOA from the Cleveland Indians Charities will be provided.
