Inside the back collar is the "A.G. Spalding + Bros." manufacturer's tag. Below is a tag with wash instructions and size 44 tag attached.. On the left front tail in black chain stitch is "E MALONE 50." On the front left chest is the "SOX" logo in black on white felt lettering. The front of the jersey has been restored. On the back is the player number "28" in black felt. The jersey shows game-use with a few minor holes and team repairs and except for the front restoration appears to have no alterations of any kind.
