Signatures include HOFers Al Kaline, Jim Bunning, Nellie Fox, Yogi Berra, George Kell and Early Wynn, Jim Turner (coach), Harvey Kuenn, Frank Malzone, Don Mossi, Bill Skowron, Gil McDougald, Minnie Minoso, Bobby Richardson, Elston Howard, Gus Triandos, Billy Pierce, Bobby Shantz, Billy Loes, Charlie Maxwell, Joe DeMaestri and Roy Sievers. Also signed by Alex Kellner, who was not on the roster, and one other. Also written in blue ink on the ball is "American League All Stars 1957," unknown hand.
