On the front left tail is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers size 44 tag. Across the front is "MAGIC JOHNSON ALL STAR GAME" in white screen print. Between that on front and on the back is the player number "4" in white screen print. Across the back of the jersey is "SCOTT" in the same screen print. On the back waistband of the shorts is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers size 32 tag. On the front of the shorts "UNCF" and "MacGregor Sand-Knit" is screened on it white print. The jersey and shorts show game-use and there appears to be no alterations of any kind.
