Across the front is "CHICAGO" in red on black heavy vinyl lettering. On the front left is the player number "18" in same lettering. On the back is the player name "BOERWINKLE" in the same sewn on heavy vinyl lettering. Below is the large "Bulls" team logo sewn on in white, red, and black heavy vinyl. The jacket shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
