On the left front tail is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturer's wash tag with the jersey size "46" on it. Above this tag is an additional tag, which reads "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Utah Jazz." Adjacent is the "87" embroidered year tag and "4" LB' embroidered strip tag. Across the front is "JAZZ" in white and yellow screen print. Below that and on the back is the player number "54" in the same screen print. Across the back is "BENSON" in white tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
