There is a material tag inside the left tail. On the left front tail is the "Champion" manufacturer's tag with jersey size "40" and wash instructions. Adjacent to that is another "Champion" tag with "BODY LENGTH +2." The team name "UTAH JAZZ" is screen printed across the front in yellow. Below that and on the back is the player number "12" screen printed on in yellow on white. The official "NBA" logo patch appears on the left breast. The player name "STOCKTON" is done in white tackle twill across the back. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
