On the inside back collar of the jacket is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag with size "46" on it. Below this is a white strip tag with the player number "6" in black marker. Adjacent is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Philadelphia 76ers" tag. There are two additional tags which read "2" L.B." and "87." On the left breast is "Philadelphia 76ers" logo patch in red, white, and blue embroidery. On the right breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the back of the jacket is "SIXERS" in red on white tackle twill. The front has been autographed in black marker with "Game Warmup Jersey '87" added and rates a 9. On the back inside waistband of the pants is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag with size "34" on it. Written on this tag in black marker is the player number "6." Next to this tag is the "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Philadelphia 76ers" tag. There are two additional tags which read "38" IN" and "87." On the upper right leg is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the inside back waistband of the shorts is the "Wilson" size 36 manufacturers tag with wash instructions. "6" is written on this tag in black marker. Below this is an embroidered "75" year tag. The shorts were recycled for the following season, Dr. J's first in Philadelphia. The jacket, pants, and shorts show wear and there appears to be no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
