On the inside left front is the "Rawlings" manufacturer's size 44 tag with wash instructions. Attached to this tag is another tag which reads " 3" Longer" and "1" Sleeve." On the left breast is "Portland" team logo patch in black and red embroidery on white tackle twill. On the right breast is the NBA "35th Anniversary" patch. Below this patch on the bottom right is the player number "33" in white tackle twill. Across the back of the jacket is "BLAZERS" in white on black tackle twill. The jacket shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
