On the front left tail is the "Champion" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions and jersey size "42" on it. Adjacent is another Champion "1992-93 exclusive" tag with "BODY LENGTH +3" on it. Across the front is "HAWKS" in white on yellow on black triple tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "21" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is "WILKINS" in white on yellow tackle twill. On the upper left breast is the embroidered official NBA logo. The jersey is autographed on the front in black marker and rates a 9. It shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
