On the front left tail is the "Nike" label with size "54" and the "Length +4" tag. The inside inseam has two tags, a Nike washing instructions "Made in USA" tag and a "2003-04" year tag. The embroidered NBA logo is on the left shoulder strap. Across the front is the team city "DALLAS" in white on silver tackle twill. Below left is the player number "41" that also appears on the back, both in silver on white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "Nowitzki" in white tackle twill. Above the name is a star patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. An additional LOA will be provided from the Mavericks.
