On the inside back collar of this blue durene jersey is the "Gerry Cosby" distributors tag. Below is a white manufacturers tag "Felco Wear Co. Inc." size 48 Long. Across the is "NEW YORK" in orange on white tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "34" in orange on white tackle twill. Across the back is "FILLMORE" in white tackle twill. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
