HOFer Art Monk finished his career with 940 catches, and was a three time Pro-Bowler. On the left front tail is the "Champion" manufacturers tag. Adjacent is another "Champion" tag with jersey size "46" and wash instructions. Inside the left tail is a tag reading "2" EXTRA BODY LENGTH" and a material tag. The player number "81" appears on the front, back, and both shoulders. The player name "MONK" is done across the back on a green nameplate. Below the player number on each sleeve there is an embroidered "C" indicating the manufacturer. All lettering and numbering is screen printed on in white on black. The official "NFL" logo patch is on the front of the collar. Adjacent to that on the left breast is the "NFL 75" patch indicating the 75th anniversary. There are custom elastic inserts running down each side of the jersey. The jersey shows game-use and except for the elastic inserts it appears to have no alterations of any kind.
