On the left front tail is the "Wilson" manufacturer's tag. Attached is the size "48" flag tag. Adjacent is the embroidered "94" year tag. On the front, back, and each sleeve is the player number "28" in white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "FAULK" in white tackle twill on a blue name plate. The jersey has blue spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. On each sleeve above the player number is the "Wilson" logo patch. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL" logo patch. The jersey shows good game-use with team repairs and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
