On the left front tail is the "Reebok" manufacturers tag. Attached are the size "48" and "6" L.B." flag tags. In the inside back collar is a manufacturers strip tag with "06-48" on it. On the front and back is the player number "29" in white tackle twill. On each sleeve is the player number "29" in white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "ADDAI" in white tackle twill on a blue name plate. The jersey has blue spandex sides and custom elastic lineman sleeves. On each sleeve above the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
