On the left front tail is the "APEXONE" manufacturers tag. Attached is a size tag reading "L46-48." The player number "11" is screen printed on the front and back in red on white, and on both shoulders on white. The player name "BLEDSOE" is screen printed on a blue nameplate in white. The "Patriots" logo is screen printed on both sleeves. Below that on both sleeves is the "APEX" logo patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
