On the front left tail is the "STARTER" manufacturers tag. Attached are two additional manufacturers tags with the jersey size "50" and "LONG." adjacent is the "94" year tag. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL" logo patch. The player number "55" appears on the front, back, and sleeves in blue with gold trim screen print. Across the back is the player name "SEAU" on a white name plate in blue screen print. Above the player number on each sleeve is the embroidered "STARTER" logo patch. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. On the left breast is the NFL "75th Anniversary" patch. The jersey shows light game-use and with the exception of the custom sleeves appears to have alterations of any kind. An additional LOA will be provided.
