On the left front tail is the "Reebok" manufacturers tag. Attached are a size "48" and "1" L.B." flag tags. In the inside back collar is a manufacturers strip tag with "06-48" "S" on it. On the front, back and each sleeve is the player number "27" in white on yellow tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "L.JOHNSON" in white on yellow tackle twill on a red name plate. The jersey has red spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. On each sleeve above the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. The jersey shows good game-use with team repairs and except for the custom sleeves appears to have no alterations of any kind.
