The bottom of the jersey has been custom hemmed and shorted with no manufacturers tags remaining. In the inside back collar is a strip tag with "06-44" on it. On the front, back, and each shoulder is the player number "43" in white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "POLAMALU" in yellow tackle twill sewn on a black name plate. The jersey has black spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. On the left shoulder is the "Steelers" logo patch. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game-use with team repairs and besides being custom hemmed appears to have no alterations of any kind.
