Throughout his Hall of Fame career with the Buffalo Bills, Jim Kelly led his team to the playoffs on eight separate occasions, including four consecutive Super Bowls. On the left front tail is the "Champion" manufacturers tag with jersey size "48" on it. There is a material tag inside the right tail. The player number "12" is screen printed on the font, back, and both sleeves in blue on red. The "Champion" logo patch which was originally below the player number on both sleeves is now above the number. The official "NFL" logo patch is on the front of the collar. The player name "KELLY" is screen printed on a white nameplate on the back in blue. The "BILLS 35" anniversary patch is on the right breast. The "NFL 75" anniversary patch. The jersey shows good game-use and except for the moved "Champion" logo it appears to have no alterations of any kind.
