The bottom of the jersey has been custom hemmed and shortened with elastic added. Inside the back collar is a manufacturers tag with "06-50" on it. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. The player number "54" appears on the front, back and sleeves in white on orange tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "URLACHER" on a navy name plate in white on orange tackle twill. Above the player number on each sleeve is the embroidered "Reebok" logo patch. The jersey has navy spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey shows game-use and besides being custom shortened and sleeves appears to have other no alterations of any kind.
