On the left front tail is the "Medalist Sand-Knit Green Bay Packers" manufacturers tag. Below is an additional "Medalist Sand-Knit" tag with the jersey size "44." Tagged in the collar with size "44" and "REGULAR" flag tags. On the front, back and on each sleeve is the player number "83" screen printed in white. Across the back is "JEFFERSON" in white screen print directly on the jersey. The sleeves have been shortened. The jersey shows game-use and besides the custom sleeves appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
