On the left front tail is the "APEX" manufacturers tag with the size "48" and "LONG" flag tags attached. The player number "27" appears on the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey in red tackle twill. On each sleeve below the number is the "APEX" logo patch. Across the back is the player name "HAMPTON" in red tackle twill on a white name plate. On the left breast is the NFL "75th Anniversary" patch. The jersey has large white elastic sleeve cuffs. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
