In the back collar is the "SOUTHLAND" manufacturers tag with flag tag. On front, back, and each sleeve is the players number "50" in white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "LEWIS" in white tackle twill on a blue name plate. The name plate has been restored. Extra blue durene side panels have been added to this jersey. The jersey shows game-use and besides having the name plate restored appears to have no alterations of any kind.
