There is a tag inside the back of the collar reading "05-38." The player number "89" appears on the front, back, and both shoulders. The player name "SMITH" appears across the back on a black nameplate. All lettering and numbering is done in white on carolina blue tackle twill. The official "NFL" logo patch is on the front of the collar. The "reebok" logo patch appears on both sleeves. The "Panthers" logo is screen printed on both sleeves below that. The jersey is autographed on the "9" on the back in black marker rating a 9. It shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
